After many conversations with staff and family, we have made the difficult decision to close Fhimas Minneapolis quietly on March 8th.   We are deeply grateful for your support over the years and for Ryan Companies’ partnership and assistance.

To our amazing community:  This is not goodbye – This is “see you soon”!  We remain committed to this city and hope to revisit a Fhimas concept in the near future.   In the meantime, our catering arm, Artisans and Spice will continue operating out of the Newest Mother Dough location, a state-of-the-art bakery in the newly renovated US Bank Building… So, if you NEED a party with our Lamb Cigars or you can’t go without Paella or hummus for your next event, we’ve got you covered.   You can also find your favorite Fhimas team members at one of our sister locations, Maison Margaux or Vagabondo.   Most importantly, we will continue serving the community through partnerships with Second Harvest/Kitchen Coalition.  Our entire family and staff are eternally grateful for the incredible (almost) 10 years spent in this historic space and will cherish the grand celebrations and quiet dinners we shared there.
