MOTHER DOUGH BAKERY’S HISTORY

The history of our bread is steeped in tradition and lineage beginning with our starter dough which is over 130 years old. Brought to this country in a small container by David Fhima in the early 80s, our mother dough is continuously fed and watched over.

We are proud providers of artisan breads and French pastries to the Target Center, Levy Restaurants, the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Lynx as well as the 18 area Life Time Fitness locations.
