Our take on a classic French cocktail. Equal parts J Carver Straight Rye, Dom Benedictine, Lustao Vermut Rouge, Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, and house-made Aromatic Bitters for a bit of extra warmth.

Peppermint Patricia

Warming flavors are required once the snow starts to fall. This beauty has it all: Saison Aged Rum, Fernet Branca, Lustau Vermut Blanc, Pierre Ferand 1840 Cognac, Demerarra and house-made Peppermint tincture.

Marrakesh Mojito

Highlighting Fhima’s unique Moroccan Mint blend, this modern mojito is smooth and refreshing! Saison Rum, mint, lime, and finished with a bruléed Grand Marnier Citrus Salt Foam.

Last Leaf

As autumn begins, we shed our foliage, but we’re not quite ready to give up on tequila. Cabrito Blanco, Heirloom Alchermes, honey, lime, shiso leaf. Our Last Word for the fall boasts its botanical, tart, and sweet flavor profiles

Just Peachy

A fall refresher, this libation will make you feel like it’s namesake. J Carver Straight Bourbon, Peche de Vigne liqueur, Strawberry simple syrup, lemon, and rosemary.

Glenn Cocoa

Look at you! Two for you Glenn Cocoa, you go Glenn Cocoa! This libation is definitely something you should send to your Secret Santa. Glenmorangie rinse, Old Grand Dad Bourbon, Five Farms Irish Cream, Tattersall Crème de Cocoa, house-made Brownie Bitters, toasted marshmallows. And none for Gretchen Wieners

Garden Guillotine

We’re savoring the last of the flowers and herbs from our garden in this refreshing fall spin-off of a Gimlet. Etesia Vodka, Asian Pear Shrub from Sharab Shrubs, Rosemary simple syrup, lime.

Crimson Cauldrom

The seasonal flavors evolve from flowers to spice and so does this elixir. Gin, lemon, simple syrup, and house-made Hibiscus Bitters served with a raspberry rim, cinnamon and a lot of magic.

7th and Hennepin

Fhima’s Negroni. A twist on a classic; Gin, Lustau Vermut Blanc, Tattersall Bitter Orange Liqueur, Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, house made Hibiscus Bitters.
